I turned my back on it all and became a bohemian

Not as goth as I once was when it comes to the nightclub scene, but what can you expect from someone whose youthful heroes were (and are) Baudelaire and Toulouse-Lautrec instead of Pete Steele and Andrew Eldritch. The music, the literature, and especially the visual style still attracts me to the scene though, just not the standard attitude you often find there. Looking for someone who can balance attitude and wit with intellectualism and introspection. Someone who's idea of a good time skews more towards an indie film or a few hours at an out of the way tea house than an evening of blackmetal and nascar (so call me an intellectual elitist, I don't care). Most of all, someone with aspirations and the actual will and intent to go after them.
